other than a couple of cosmetic imperfections the unit works beautifully. i wish the handlebar was a little taller. besides that , i think the treadmill is solid and well built.

I really like the treadmill, feels higher quality than my previous one. I love being able to use the app while I’m on it but wish I could turn my phone or iPad sideways for landscape view instead of portrait. Had the E10 issue a few times but it seems fine now that I’ve removed the string and left the magnet in place. Customer service was really helpful and sent missing items I needed!

I was hesitant to order a refurbished treadmill, but honestly it was like new and I was reassured by the fact the company ships from the US and offers a guarantee. It works perfectly, I’m happy I got it. Great price, too.
