Customer service was very helpful to replace Knob A that was broken upon delivery.

I received this as a gift from a friend so I could get adequate exercise since I can't walk outside because of health reasons. I couldn't be happier! I've only had it about a week and a half, but it's working beautifully.

This treadmill looks new. The box it came in, however ... . The machine runs great. Not too noisy, very smooth acceleration. Only drawback (for me) is that the control panel is situated a little low for reading. I was not intending to use this device with a stand up desk, but may reconsider. Altogether, a good buy. Especially for the discount price and warranty which used equipment on, e.g., Craigslist, genrally do not offer.
