GF Flour Blend - 2lb

This is THE BEST GF flour!!

I’ve used other GF flour for baking and always get slightly rubbery results. I recently compared batches of a raspberry streusel muffin recipe with a popular GF flour brand followed by a batch with Mariposa’s GF flour. Hands down, Mariposa for the win!! The Mariposa GF flour batch was heaven. Light, lovely, delicious!! I will never use another GF flour ever again.

Changed my life!

After being diagnosed as celiac and being a hobby baker, the GF flours were a huge disappointment. None of my cookies came out well or any other baked good, for that matter. Then, my grandson gave me a lovely gift of almond croissants from Mariposa. After finding them perfect, I saw flour was available, tried some and will never go back. Molasses cookies, blueberry muffins, raspberry bars are back in my life thanks to this magic flour. Thank you!!
