These are incredible

I put in a huge shipping order twice a year, freeze the croissants and other baked goods in smaller portions and then eat them when my family eats their gluten-filled treats. Honestly, I think I get the better end of the deal. These are phenomenal.

Finally my mom is happy with GF pastries!

My 85-year-old mother has very much missed pastries since her gluten intolerance.
