Seeded Whole Grain Bread

My favorite bread for toast!

I love this bread for my morning toast! It's satisfying in flavor and texture, not something I find in most gluten free breads. I also like supporting an almost local bakery that cares about its employees as well as its product.

I prefer this bread to the other Mariposa loaves, especially the breads made without egg. I find the addition of egg and seeds makes this bread less gummy and closer to gluten bread. I even use it for french toast!

Seeded Whole Grain Bread

Very tasty and quite nutritious. More, smaller slices per loaf than Rye Round, which is still my favorite Mariposa bread. This bread works well when toasted for Avocado Toast, sandwiches, etc. but the slices are too small for large sandwiches.
