delivery trouble

There were problems with the delivery so I received it a week late. I believe it was drier than it would have been fresh, but the flavor was still delicious. I had planned on using them to create breakfast sandwiches, but they crumbled when I tried to cut them in half. So, they are frozen. I used one crumbled in a soup so it looked like chicken and dumplings and the flavor was still really good.

These are not your average buttermilk biscuit. They are dense and flavorful. So buttery that adding butter isn't needed -- I just slather some strawberry jam on the two halves after cutting horizontally. Whoo-hoo!

Delicious buttery biscuits. I have been searching for gluten free biscuits so this was just a divine find. Love them.
