Wow! Not your ordinary Macaroon!

This cookie is amazing! It is about 10 steps above ant other coconut macaroon I’ve ever eaten. Crunchy crust, chewy inside. Not sickingly sweet like dairy-full macaroons made with sweetened condensed cows milk. These are coconutty but a subtle creamy flavor. They’re amazing!
