Since discovering Skratch Labs and their Hydration mix while coaching a collegiate cycling team I have used little else. They loved it and I have been using it ever since myself. It is absolutely my 'Go To' hydration mix for riding or strenuous exercise of any kind. It doesn't hurt my stomach and it's not too sweet or full of unpronounceable ingredients. I mix it at the level I need and am all set. Lots of good flavor options and all taste great. As long as Skratch Labs are making it, I'm using it.

I needed something to help with hydration postpartum and this has been a life saver. I don’t love drink mixes that are super strong. I really enjoy the subtleness of the flavors. I think that they were all delicious! Will definitely be purchasing again as I’m able to start working out more.

Bought these for my daughter for swim team. Purchased the multi pack (loved all of the flavors included) and a pouch of fruit punch. She likes that she can make them as sweet as she would like or not. Also isn’t upsetting her stomach like other brands have in the past with more strenuous workouts. Will be ordering more!
