The fast chews are absolutely the bomb. I’m someone who has a sensitive stomach so can’t tolerate too much liquid intake. And being able to manage my hydration levels as a sweaty runner without worrying abt whether I’ll feel sick- is a godsend. Highly recommend. And this flavor is just so delicious- like candy!

The simplicity of fast chews cannot be overstated. These fast chews changed the way I consume electrolytes and I am forever grateful! They are easy to throw in your purse (bottle) or pocket (packet) during a run! I tend to pop them in my mouth and suck on them as they slowly dissolve. FastChews will forever be my go to product - pink lemonade is hands down my favorite flavor!!
