I’ve tried all the Fast Chews flavors, and Pink Lemonade is hands-down my favorite. The taste is super refreshing. Just the right balance of sweet and tangy without being overpowering, especially during long runs. They’re easy to chew, don’t upset my stomach, and make it so much easier to stay on top of my electrolytes mid-run. I always keep a pack with me, and this flavor never gets old. Highly recommend if you want something that actually tastes good when you’re pushing through tough miles!

Lemon Lime Fast Chews Every Time

I take the Salt Stick Lemon Lime fast chews with me in every run over 6 miles. I love the flavor and the sodium boost. 100 mg of sodium per serving replaces the salt i lose in my sweat in both summer and winter. This is critical for long runs and races.
