A must for the summer months!
I’m a salty sweater, and these gels are perfect for getting those electrolytes in on runs where I need the convenience of not needing to bring powders. They save me a lot of time, and don’t cause any gastric distress! Highly recommend.

Easy to consume.
The consistency of these gels make it easy to consume. Expensive yes, but only use it for key workouts. Taste is a little sweet. Might get boring if consuming frequently and for week after week.

Energy Dense Great Tasting Gel
