a life saver in the South LA heat & humidty!

the mixed berry flavor is my favorite (so far), but these have been a true life saver during summer training miles. we often see heat over 90°, with feels like temps in the 100°s, and our humidity is wild. these kick in fast and the flavor is great with no funky after taste

I love the mixed berries fastchews! As someone who gets annoyed with every little thing on runs and ends up being picky with flavors the mixed berries are perfect!

It works well for me

The chews are a welcome addition to my race day (and training) hydration. I now do not have the muscle fatigue I had to "work through" at the end of a 10k or half marathon. And the next couple of days after the event are less strained.
