I’m in the middle of it, and it’s much more manageable than others I’ve done. Highly recommend. I feel great. The tinctures still don’t taste great but the cleansing is working. Love the journal prompts and packet. Daily enemas not bad either

I am on my 7th day of the cleanse and have seen results!!! This was easier to do than I thought it would be. I work at a high pace job and this didn’t slow me down AT ALL!! I woke up with a clear mind full of energy through out the day. If I didn’t live tacos so much I would stay on this…hahaha
