Hello, Let me begin by saying that I love your products. This journey has been such a healing experience for me that I decided to order the maintenance kit a second time. While my first order was perfect, I was disappointed with my second experience. When my maintenance kit arrived, it was incomplete. The amino acids were missing, and I later realized I had received the thyroid tincture instead of the parasite tincture. Unfortunately, this threw off the journey I had carefully planned. I continued anyway because I wanted to stay committed to myself and the promise I made to prioritize my healing. I emailed customer service about the missing amino acids, but the response simply said they would send another bottle. While I appreciate that they replaced it, the response made me feel as though my concern wasn't fully acknowledged. At the time, I was still using the tinctures from my first order, so I didn't realize until later that I had also received the wrong tincture. Once I noticed, I decided to keep it rather than reach out again. Despite this experience, I do plan to order a third kit because I truly believe in these products and the healing they've brought into my life. My hope is simply to receive exactly what I order next time. I've shared my positive experience with friends and will continue recommending these products because I genuinely believe others can benefit from them. I just hope the order fulfillment and customer service experience become as exceptional as the products themselves.
