The D handle bar I’ll be using a majority of my back workouts. I like the fact that you can change the angles, allowing you to hit different parts of the back. Did some T-bar rows, sested cable rows, wide grip rows, and lat pull downs đŸ”¥. My back feels stretched out.

Love this bar, and this guys at GymPin are awesome, I’ve ordered about 7 items from them within the past year, no issues at all. They ship fast. Considering I am in Alabama, USA and they are in the UK, I’ve always get my orders delivered within a week or so.

Excellent Bit Of Kit
Firstly, it's beautifully made, looks fantastic just hanging up on the wall.
It's a wonderfully versatile piece of equipment that allows you to use many different variations on your favourite pulls. I primarily use it with Angles 90 grips and its numerous positioning options match the variations available in those grips perfectly.
