The BT Bar is comfortable to use. . 3 exercise variations. I enjoy using it. Overall if I had to do it all over again I would not have gone with the premium version (Stainless steel + rotation grips). I would have purchased the basic version ($256 vs $414). That's a lot of savings and you're getting about 99% of the BT bar benefit.
