LOVE this product. Perfect for isolation and mind muscle connection in all exercises. Get many folks that want to try it out and they all say the same thing. 10/10 recommend! Great company, fast delivery, and thus far has held up outstanding

I've used this item for tricep pushdowns and face-pulls. It is comfortable to use and quite sturdy!
