All the labels on the device are in mandarin or cantonese. The instructions are in a minisule font (I dont need glasses, but needed a magnifying glass to read them) The top ring of the stand is very hard to put in place on the support. The base of the stand does NOT fit in the travel case. There is a perforated metal disk as well as paper filters, but no mention of them in the instructions. Not sure if they are required or optional. Although this product is advertised as being compatible with nespresso coffee pods, there is nothing in the instruction manual about how to use a pod, and no obvious way when looking at the machine. Customer service hasn’t answered. Although I found this advertised as a “lightweight hiking espresso machine” its too heavy to take hiking. Just learned that if you try this machine and don’t like the results, you’re out of luck because the return policy states it must be UNUSED if you wish to return it. So far, this feels like an expensive mistake.
