Organic Bali Blue Moon

not much flavor besides charcoal

This bean appears less roasted than their sumatra but when brewed seems to have no flavors besides charcoal / burnt barley. No syrupy body or anything else going on. This was by far my least favorite of the 5 different beans I ordered and is nowhere near as good as a different Bali bean I've had from a different company. If you're looking for something from this region, try their PNG or sulawesi bean
