Old World Espresso

I found out about your company from the Lexus dealership in Sarasota and my girlfriend refuses to drink any other coffee. It’s so flavorful.

First impressions I found it unremarkable. I let it off gas a few days and the nose improved but the texture and viscosity are lacking a bit. The flavor fairly flat. I have been at this home barista thing for about 33 years and currently using a big lever machine w PID and La Marzocco conical grinder. I appreciate the roast and ship model as I refuse to even consider a coffee with no roast date, or a roast date 2weeks or more already past. The complimentary Columbia coffee was a nice gesture. Shipping after order was prompt.

Very Disappointed

Unfortunately and surprisingly, this is some of the most bitter espresso I've had. Very disappointed. Is there a way to return the two unopened bags?
