I’m not what one would call discerning when it comes to coffee. I know what I like and don’t like. Simple. Ball Blue Moon is a nice coffee and organic. That’s what’s most important to me. I roast to second crack, give it about 30 seconds in, and cool. Simple. Like me. I’ve had other organic coffees from RhoadsRoast and have never been disappointed. I drink my coffee hot and black. No added anything, and never (yuck) over ice. So I can’t comment on how it works with added stuff. My spouse takes hers with coconut milk and sweetener. She likes it too.
