Not for me ☹️
After reading the reviews I was really excited to receive these capsules, hoping they would help me get to sleep. Obviously they help a lot of people but sadly for me they only worked for the first 2 nights and not since.

Life changing

Never answered on my email
I order somehow by accidents two times 6 months in difference of 5 min tryed to cancel on subscription send mail never got answer, customer service dont exist.
