Great product
I’ve been taking biotin alongside Vitals for a good 8months now. They’ve reduced my bloating and I feel all round in good health using heights. I have them both on subscription and it works fine for me!

Biotic

Daily habit
So I will rate along with magnesium and vitals i take all 3 and seemed to feel better. Im rarely too tired to hit my gym session
