Overhyped and overpriced

Unfortunately I'm not finding any of the promised improvements. I have been working hard to improve my fitness, but particularly hoped for a difference in the quality of my sleep. I don't notice a difference in energy or stamina and my sleep is very disturbed. I fall asleep quite well, but sleep for only 3 or 4 hours. I won't be ordering more powders and am disappointed by how many celebrities have added endorsements to what really seems an overhyped product,

When I started taking the powder I felt like my sleep was improved, but I had to stop taking it for a period and I definitely noticed that I was sleeping less well
