Definite sleep improvement!
I feel I'm getting better quality sleep now I'm using the night powder and I plan to start using the day powder once I finish all my other vits.
I was also glad to receive an email advising me on the changes one might feel once starting night powder...as the vivid dreams were , well, vivid for a few days.
Easy to use and u get a great cup with the set .. oooh and tastes pleasant!

Tried on a whim
Struggling with my sleep mid perimenopause. Not getting enough quality sleep so tried this on a whim. I now find that whilst I still wake up, I fall back to sleep almost immediately and no longer wake up feeling groggy in the mornings. I have found since I started taking the night powder that I also have better recovery scores and more consecutive green recoveries than before. My wearable is still being a sceptic about the results, but it’s AI so what does it know?!
