Excellent griddle for many uses!! Highly recommend!! All Smithey products excel and this product continues their tradition of fabulous products.

Best griddle ever!

I've been eyeing this griddle for almost a year. I truly enjoy everything about it. It's a nice fit for my two burners. I like the deeper grease catcher, especially when you're cooking for a larger family event. When you are cooking eggs, or something with liquid, you see how level the griddle is, because the liquid doesn't start pooling to one side, more than the others. The griddle cooks nice and evenly, no matter where you place the food. I normally don't like anything left on my stove, but this griddle is such a nice piece to display.

Uneven cooking

Wonderful quality. However, extremely difficult to use. I’ve preheated in the oven, preheated on low for extended times. Still has severe differences in temperature between what’s over the burner and off burner.
