Indeterminate potatoes FTW!
Have been growing these in a jute coffee bag for vertical growing! These are indeterminate types which are the best for vertical growing! You continue to "mound" your potatoes throughout the season to increase your yield!
These have been working great!

German Butterball Potatoes
I've been growing German Butterball for more than 10 years now and actually from my own potatoes. This year I bought some seed potatoes to grow next to my own to get a comparison. They sprouted well and some are already blooming. I could not give them a 5 star rating because I have to wait for the harvest to see how they came out. I grew up with German butterball potatoes in a German village where everybody grew them. In my view they are the best all around potato period. They have excellent flavor, gorgeous color and abundant production and they store better than most. They are the only storage potato I grow.
