Sweet-Slice Cucumber

Just now getting cucumbers

I received them very quickly, and they were in great condition. I actually ordered more than I meant to, but that is okay. I think one is giving up and the others are just now producing. I am in Zone 8 and the heat and random 3 day rain storms have made my garden not so productive this year so far. My first 4 cucumbers are almost ready to harvest. Love that I receive them ready to go in the ground and produce!

Not thriving

I finally was able to get the plants in the ground after our cold month of May passed. I thought I would see strong growth with the warmer weather and rich soil. Unfortunately that has not been the case: yellowing leaves, flower drop and little growth. Im hopeful, however, that things will improve.
