Little Snowpea White Pea

This snowpea is a must-have for the Seed Swap I organize every year in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York. That's because it only takes 30 days and our growing season is short. Mine have been very prolific and the taste is fantastic. So fresh! A wonderful addition to salads.

Cute but unproductive

I am growing these peas as a Fall crop and don’t expect the vigor or harvest of spring peas but I will look for another variety next year. The pluses of this variety are that it is truly dwarf and very attractive. My harvest so far has been minimal and the pods small. I live in Portland OR and the late season heat waves haven’t help this cool weather pea.
