Beautiful piece of meat. Well packaged. Packed in dry ice and arrived at my house frozen solid. We’ve had four of the steaks and they were incredible!!!

I love the brisket. last time i got the brisket tip and flat intact. this time i got it separated and cooking them separately. great flavor, juicy meat.

Delicious brisket
It was absolutely delicious! There was a little more fat than I was expecting but it was not excessive. I am sent ordered two different brisket cuts from you, so I will review those after I eat them!
