The skirt 🥩 was excellent. Some of the other beef was just ok. We have a full freezer at this point so trying everything.

i purchased 3 skirt steaks, instead of outside which I thought was what I would receive, I got 2 inside only one outside, Big difference. Not thrilled with the inside, but outside was awesome.

Give it a try!
Our skirt steak was wonderful, tender and full of flavor. We marinated it and made carne asada. We are already looking forward to the next one.
