Great drip or pour over.

While I'm a bit of a pour over snob, I had some of this coffee as a regular drip in the methodical coffee cafe. It was the best drip cup I've ever had and ai bought a bag to take home for pour over. It has a wonderful bright / light roast type of taste.

Dissappinting

I’m very sad to report that this one in addition to the Ventola Natural were quite disappointing. I hope this review does NOT get posted and only serves as objective and helpful feedback. I actually have a very high opinion of Methodical and would love to share that your Colombia - Andres Cardona is one of the BEST coffees I’ve tasted in the last year; and I will continue to sing your praises to anyone that will listen. However, the Willow and Ventola were shockingly bad for some reason, no matter how it was prepared. IDK how else to describe it other than it didn’t taste right; something was ‘off’. There was a noticeable lack of acidity on the palate, even though it came through subtly at best through the aroma. The finish was muddy, lingering with a very unpleasant taste. Hope this is helpful, and still always wishing nothing but the best to Methodical.

Spot on...a little between light and medium...you hit the happy spot

The roast profile is spot on...it truly brings out all the flavor nuances of this coffee..if you like a fruitful coffee...you will love this.....Bravo....very well done
