Really lovely cherry notes on the acidic end, and a smoother molasses on the bitter side, you can't go wrong dialing this one in for your morning espresso! Overextracted, underextracted, goldilocks zone... somehow it's all delightful. My favorite daily brew ever.

My go to pour over

I usually pick up a bag here or there from a local roaster or one I come across, but I never drop my monthly subscription to flyway. It’s the best most consistent roast I’ve found for my v60. Once it lands it’s my everyday until it’s gone and then it’s back to the b squad till next month.
