Stankonia is superb!!
Ethiopian coffee is one of my favorites, but no one roasts it the way I like where the fruity flavor is still in the coffee. I’m so happy to find a roaster who understands the delicacy of this coffee and does such a great job of bringing it out. I’ll keep buying this is long as it’s available.

Oh hell yes!
Flavor level turned up to 11, remarkable balance for a coffee so big. My go-to drinks are cortado and cappuccino, and I find Stankonia great with a modest amount of steamed milk. I've been alternating with Founders, and really liking having the two options at hand.
