Wonderful coffee, PERC never disappoints.
I make it with a 1:15 ratio (1 gram coffee to 15 ml of water), and adjust from there in my Moccamaster drip machine. Also grind the beans in a Moccamaster grinder set to "5"

Great mild roast selection
Despite having a candy bar like aroma and flavor profile, this coffee is not cloying or overly sweet. I plan to order it again in the near future.
