I spent over $180 on this food company from Italy and you can’t even get back to them to tell them. Hey I had a broken jar of the Alfredo sauce and it was all over the cookies plus the cookies that I received which is supposed to be the number one rating raspberry. Sprinkle cookies pretty much the sprinkles were all melted and I don’t understand why I would just like to have a new jar of my Alfredo sauce that I purchased and maybe some better sprinkle cookies that aren’t melted

They did NOT ship 4 of my items and refuse to correct the problem. It previously stated my package was damaged and sent notification to them. I will not be purchasing again. Very disappointed 😞
