Turn 200 Pounds into 250 or 300—Fast!
Two hundred pounds per stack is plenty… until it isn’t. Each upgrade adds 50 lb per stack, so you can stop stalling out and keep the gains coming—but only if you're training on a C20, Functional Trainer Rack, or Tandem Tower.
On the Tandem Tower, one single-stack upgrade takes you to its 250 lb max. O

appear to be made from solid or billet steel, not cast iron. really no need for that, but shows the high quality of the product.

Tandem Tower is……
Awesome!! I have worked with a lot of functional trainers, and now that I have downsized our home I had to give a lot of my favorite equipment. This was the first purchase for our new home and smaller area to work with. It is smooth and easy to get as creative as you want. If you are tall like I am, you will have to use your flat bench and keep the pulleys in the highest optimal position. Thank you, Force! I do hope they can come up with a longer armature later that can be changed out.

Extra additional weight
I bought additional 100 lbs. I put on one sied only. Giving me a machine with 300 lbs on left and 200 lbs on right. One for me and one for my wife. I am building up my strength so I have not tried usaing them together. I am assuming when I need to over 400 lbs for exercise it will not see a difference on wht sides the weioare on for the additional 100lbs. They were easy to add. Like all Force products they are made of great quality.
