Overall, I am very happy with this machine. It is bigger than I expected and looks great. I am 6’6”, so I was a little nervous it wouldn’t be a fit length-wise to work out, but it works well for my 5’7” wife and me. I am happy with how sturdy the machine is - seems really high quality and durable. The adjustments and motion are smooth. It required some patience during the delivery process, with one box arriving several days before the other two. At first I thought there were several pieces (nuts, bolts, washers) missing when I laid everything out, until I realized that some had already been installed. When I thought they were missing I emailed customer service, and they got back to me quickly and offered to either send the missing pieces or (to get them faster) reimburse me for buying them at a local hardware store. I appreciated having that choice.

They did really great with this piece… it operates as smooth as any selectorized version if not better. I think its a great addition to any gym big or small
