3-in-1 Bench Press Shoulder Press Machine V7

The GMWD V7 has been fantastic. This is my second piece of GMWD equipment (leg extension/leg curl machine), and I'm extremely impressed with the overall quality of the machines. With the V7 specifically, I don't believe you can really tell this isn't a commercial piece of equipment. The functionality is amazing, and I really enjoy the machine. It does exactly what I was needing. Set up wasn't that bad at all, honestly. I sat in a char for most of it, and had it put together really by myself in about an hour and a half. Way easier than I thought it would be. Shipping was also extremely quick. Like I said, the machine is awesome. My first workout on it, my chest and shoulders were noticably more sore this time. I train quite a bit, so I wasn't expecting that. You can tell that it really isolates the pecs and shoulders in a way that other equipment doesn't. Overall, extremely pleased. Would absolutely recommend this machine!

I got this on sale for only $499 and can’t believe how good of a product it is for that little money. The instructions were very clear and it was easy to put together. Everything moves very smoothly and it is very adjustable. I would highly recommend this bench

Nice Machine

Perfect all around machine for chest and shoulders. Basically two machines in one. Definitely does the trick.
