3-in-1 Bench Press Shoulder Press Machine V7

Love this bench press. Been eyeing for awhile. I got it since I've had shoulder issues and couldn't do regular bench pressing. Now I can. Ive done 2 chest days with it without shoulder pain afterwards and I definitely feel it in the chest more. Worth the money for sure.

Well built versatile bench. The height adjustment is a major improvement over my last leverage bench and the isolated arm movement makes a difference.

Worth every dollar!

One of my favorite GMWD pieces and I own 5. This Chest machine is pretty much flawless. Smooth buttery operation. Just read from someone else about doing Shrugs on it which I can’t believe I didn’t think of that idea myself. Lol. My only complaint was that it did not have an option with some Red, but then I just improvised and took apart a few pieces that I felt would look awesome in Red and it does. 5 out of 5 Stars. Perfect addition to any Home Gym!
