LIONSCOOL Roman Chair Back Extension Machine

Easy assembly, all parts needed included, im only 151 lbs and 5’4” accommodates smal people like me and extends to fit life size humans. Feels sturdy (1 workout in). I recommend. Good value padding isnt super thick but very adequate.

I was a bit underwhelmed with the quality & stability of the machine. I'm 6'0 225lb and I felt like I could have bent the foot plate if I wasn't careful. Same with the base near the U shape - I tightened everything and it still feels like I have to be careful. Decent price point though.

I had been considering the Titan Roman Chair Back Hyperextension for some time, but ultimately felt the price was high for what it offered. I was also not particularly impressed with its foot plate design when compared to the roller system used by Lionscool. Given that the Lionscool unit offers multiple adjustment options in addition to the roller setup, I took a chance with Lionscool and I'm happy that I did.
