FID Bench Press Shoulder Press Machine V8

Version 8? It’s awkward! Still needs refinement it’s not there yet. Starting position needs help. When you get setup for deep stretch at that lowest position this machine also requires you to start and finish in this location. Thus requiring you to crawl out from underneath the handles when finished. Ideally there needs to have a way to start with arms in outstretched position.

Great machine. I’d rather have this than a rack. Makes Adjusting so easy. Shrugs are Great in this as well
