I am using the restore daily. I do find that it has a very strong unpleasant aftertaste. I am only using 1 tsp mixed in my decaf coffee or tea in the afternoon. I do feel like it does help me to get a much better night's sleep! Which is the point. But we do have to have something that we can tolerate. I don't know if the aftertaste is from the the stevia. It is very sweet. And I was wondering if stevia was out and we just mixed a little date syrup with it at home. It would be good without the aftertaste. I don't know. I am using it and it is helping me to have a better night's sleep which is the goal. And also to get the magnesium without taking a tablet. Thank you and I hope this helps.!
