I love this product! It includes 7 types of magnesium which is very heard to find in 2 tablets. Plus I like that Organix uses top quality ingredients . It has made a big difference in my quality of sleep, too.

I used for two months. My sleep was much better. I came off for two weeks to see if I noticed a difference. I definitely did. So I have ordered another bottle.

this is the best in the market! My daughter started buying for me over a year ago it totally helps keep me staying regular every morning!! I ran out and I tried another brand that has 7 magnesium also but I found it worked but not nearly as well so I started buying on my own and walla I am regular again!!!!
