I feel like this magnesium supplement helps so much with relaxation and sleep. One capsule nightly does it for me so I am on a 2 month auto ship. So glad I found this product.

I sure do sleep better than I did. Have more energy in the morning too. I actually want to get out and do things. Thank you for a product that contains more than just one or two important ingredients.

Good Magnesium

I know my body needs magnesium. I like the fact that this product uses different sources of magnesium. It helps to prevent leg cramps as (as long as I'm also drinking enough water during the day).
