BWH-85® Beta Glucan 500mg

I really appreciate this product and know it is doing something in my body to support my immune system. I first learned about BetaGlucan 500 through Chris Wark.

I reviewed the new product and my concern is it is derived from baking yeast which is one of the brewers yeast, this is a problem for me I am very allergic to Brewers Yeast.

I did a gut microbiome test and was told I need beta glucans. I had ordered from Better Way Health in the past, so came back. I will do another test down the road and I'll see if I get better results
