Pleasantly Surprised!
Iām putting this in my morning coffee. It actually dissolves and doesnāt have much taste at all. In fact when I add it to iced coffee, I canāt tell itās in there at all. Very very happy!!

Just started
I am just starting to use the product, but so far so good. It mixes very well in my protein shake and it does not alter the flavor or change the consistency. Looking forward to seeing progress in my hair growth which is already on the mend.

10 Grams protein
So I can't say I can tell a difference in my skin or the like, but I like that it gives me 10 grams of protein to add to my morning smoothie.
