Iy seems to be good quality. I do find the Bosu ball at the gym more challenging than this one. I'm unsure if the texture on the ball makes it slightly more stable than the smoother model. Overall, im happy with the purchase.

I love the Bosu and use it in so many ways during my workout!! It helps to engage so many more muscles than doing the same exercise on the mat.
