My hands definitely feel way better than not using them. But i will say it took almost a whole month to get to me 😭😭so i just has to tough through the hand pain for a bit. But other than that ill sya they work pretty great. I think i may have had a unrealistic expectation and thought i wouldnt feel anything.

I ordered this on 7/14 and still have not recieved my order. Happy to update my review once I receive the product. But, just be mindful that shipping takes foreeeever. So, don’t plan on using it right away with your workout.

Used this for 2 weeks and my grip was actually weaker. Hands struggled to wrap around barbell or dumbbells. The produce itself is well made but not good for someone with small hands.
