Game changer! I can lift weights without the strain in my forearms or the dumbells slipping. I have tiny hands and these have been great!

My hands definitely feel way better than not using them. But i will say it took almost a whole month to get to me 😭😭so i just has to tough through the hand pain for a bit. But other than that ill sya they work pretty great. I think i may have had a unrealistic expectation and thought i wouldnt feel anything.
