SURGE® 40 - Hydro Trainer

I do like it a ton. The next model there needs to be a fixed ring at the ends of the tube to do exactly what I did in the video. I had to put it on the handle. Other then that will most likely get another one soon.

This has been a great addition to my home workouts.

I use a lighter water weight and the shifting of the water is a bit awkward but interesting in that I have to balance the log.
