NEXGEN™ HOME Balance Trainer

The box came beat up and partially open. The pump was in pieces and the plug was missing. For spending $200 I’m not impressed at all. I’ve had it 2 weeks and can not use it because I have no plug. I sent an email and was told one would be sent to me. Well it’s been a week and I still don’t have one and now I’m getting no response to emails.

Definitely glad to have purchased this for our home. My kids love it and don't even realize they're building strength.
