Pure Plank

Works as advertised - makes doing the plank a bit easier and definitely more consistent - no more elbows sliding on the carpet. Would love it even more if the timer light was brighter - can't see it when using Plank in a dark bedroom first thing in the morning.

It’s helped me start planking on a regular basis. Love the padded part and the moveable handles. Allows for me to plank then switch it for my husband who’s much bigger and has a wider gripe and stance than me. I have neck and back issues from a car accident and hopeful it helps strengthen my muscles in a way that my weight lifting hasn’t been able to yet. Good product. The timer is kinda meh, I use the one on my phone cause the timer needs batteries and I’ve changed them and it still always work right .

Use it everyday. Great product. Easy on the arms. Can tell the difference already. Working up to a three minute plank. Wont be long. Thanks for a great product. Exactly what I was looking for.
